Abstract
A safety vent including: a ventthat allows gas generated inside a laminate type batteryto release to the outside, a gas permeated membranethrough which the gas permeates, and a housing casethat internally houses the ventand the gas permeated membrane, and that is attached to a gas spout out portformed in a laminated exterior casingof the laminate type battery
