Abstract
The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode, comprising: a first electrode; a second electrode; an organic material layer which is interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; and a light extraction layer which is disposed on the first electrode or under the second electrode, wherein the light extraction layer has a wave surface.
