Abstract
The present invention includes: receiving, from a terminal, display position information for specifying a display areaof content information displayed on a display unit among content information to be displayed on the display unitof the terminal(S); receiving, from the terminal, operation position information related to an operation position operated on a screen of a display area by a user (S); specifying a gaze areaof a display portion gazed by the user, based on operation position information (S); extracting a feature element from the gaze area (S); specifying an undisplay area of content information which is not yet displayed on the display unit, from display position information (S); generating condensed information of content information included in the non-display area, based on the feature element (S); and transmitting condensed information to the terminal (S).
