Abstract
Assembly for use on a device includes a member comprising a plurality of lancet needles arranged generally parallel to each other and one of a cap comprising a single lancet opening structured and arranged to receive therein an end portion of a finger tip and a cap comprising a plurality of openings which are each sized to allow one of the lancet needles to pass therethrough.
