The present invention disclose an improved carboxylate-alumoxanes nano sheets nucleating agent of formula (I), for advanced nucleation of thermoplastic semi-crystalline polymer, at low concentration; [Formula should be inserted here] where 2x+y+z=3 wherein; G represents a Phenyl ring or Naphthyl ring or fused aromatic rings R is independently selected from the group consisting of H,(C-C)alkyl, (C-C)alkoxy, aryloxy, hydroxy, halogen, aryl, arylalkyl and carbocyclic ring with adjacent carbon atoms of the parent phenyl ring; E is either oxygen or a bond; F is either CHor a bond; n=2−50.
