Abstract
The invention pertains to a method of treating Parkinson's disease (PD) in a mammal, comprising administering a first pharmaceutical agent and a second pharmaceutical agent, wherein the first pharmaceutical agent is an antagonist of the adenosine receptor 2 (A) and the second pharmaceutical agent is an antagonist of the N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor subtype NR2B.
