Abstract
A bed bug trap () is combined with a conventional power bar (). Bed bugs can enter the trap via a small gap () between the power bar portion and the bed bug trap, where they then fall off a small precipice () and onto a glue strip () or the like. The assembly can be easily opened for inspection and replacement of glue cartridges (). Attractants () can be provided, including heat via a small heating element (), chemical attractants (), and carbon dioxide via a carbon dioxide generator (). The assembly can be adapted for use with other insects, or an additional trap () can be attached for other insects.
