Abstract
There is provided a configuration in an access point managed by a management device for dealing with a situation in which management by the management device is no longer possible. An access pointincludes a controllerthat controls the operation of the access point, and a management status detectorthat detects the management status by a management device. The controllerchanges the operation of the access pointby validating or invalidating an SSID according to the detecting result of the management status.
