Abstract
A polycarbonate composition includes a terminal hydroxy-containing polycarbonate and a halogen-containing alkali metal tungsten oxide of formula (I) in an amount ranging from 0.007 wt % to 0.09 wt % based on a total weight of the polycarbonate composition. The Formula (I) is represented as follows:MWOL  (I)where M represents an alkali metal, W represents tungsten, L represents halogen, 0.001≦x≦1, and 0<y≦0.5.
