The wiring-harness routing deviceincludes two wiring harness, a support bodymounted slidably at a railand supporting a seat, and a protectorsliding interlockingly with the support bodyand leading the two wiring harnessesto the seat. The protectorincludes a pair of wiring-harness hold portionholding the two wiring harnessesled through an openinginto the railto be arranged in parallel; a lead portion arranged between the pair of wiring-harness hold portions, and passing the two wiring harnessestherethrough, and extending with a cylindrical shape so as to go through the slit and be led to an outside of the rail; and a mount portionattached at the support bodyso as to have a gap allowing motion in the widthwise direction of the rail
