Abstract

Gaming chipshave an IC tagwhich is embedded therein, and a special bar codeinvisible to the naked eye, which is printed thereon. A server calculates the number of gaming chipsbased on individual information of the IC tagthat was read out by a reader, based on individual information of the special bar codesread out by a bar code scanner, based on weight data acquired at a weighing deviceand based on image data processed in a camera. Further, the server checks a partial number or the total number of gaming chipsthus calculated, and outputs the check results from a display or speaker.
