Abstract
A medical implantable occlusion device () is disclosed including a fabric of at least one thread () and a structural formation () thereof having a collapsed and an expanded shape, the formation including a proximal and a distal portion (), a longitudinal axis () extending between the proximal and distal portion, wherein at least one of the proximal and distal portions including a peripheral edge () having a first (') and a second (′) radius of curvature in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, wherein the first radius of curvature is different from the second radius of curvature.
