Abstract
Provided is a sensor device including: a sensor unit converting a voltage of a periodically switched capacitor into a pulse signal by referring to a clock signal to provide the pulse signal as a first sensing signal; and a high-resolution analog to digital converter (ADC) amplifying a period of the first sensing signal 2times (n is an integer), amplifying a period of the clock signal 2times, and generating a second sensing signal where a switching time of the capacitor is removed by removing the amplified clock signal from the amplified first sensing signal.
