Abstract
The invention relates to a composition, such as a cosmetic, dermatological, or pharmaceutical composition, including an extract of the above-ground portions of, advantageously the leaves and, optionally, a suitable carrier. The invention also relates to such a composition or such an extract to be used in the prevention or treatment of disorders or diseases of the skin, mucous membranes, or nails and hair, to be used in the prevention or treatment of vascular disorders and/or problems linked to hyperseborrhea, or further to be used as an anti-ageing, healing, moisturizing, slimming and/or anti-cellulite, anti-allergy and pro-pigmenting product. Finally, the invention relates to a cosmetic care method for the skin, nails and hair, or mucous membranes, with a view to improving the condition or appearance thereof, consisting of administering such a composition or such an extract.
