Abstract
Methods and apparatus are disclosed to negotiate flow control for a communication session. Example methods disclosed herein include sending, via the communication session, a request to a peer to change a flow control mechanism for the communication session, receiving, via a communication session, a reply from the peer, the reply indicating whether the request to change the flow control mechanism for the communication session has been accepted, and performing subsequent flow control for the communication session based on the reply.
