Abstract
An array board (a semiconductor device)includes a display area TFT (a display area transistor), a non-display area TFT (a non-display area transistor), an upper insulator, and a lower insulator. The display area TFTis arranged in a display area AA. The non-display area TFTis arranged in a non-display area NAA. The upper insulatoris arranged in the non-display area NAA and formed from a second interlayer insulation film. The lower insulatoris arranged in the non-display area and formed from a first interlayer insulation film. The lower insulatoris arranged below the upper insulatorsuch that they are layered.
