Abstract

Provided are a coating agent giving a coating film which has superior adhesion even to polyolefin resin base materials that have not been subjected to preliminary surface treatment and which has satisfactory adhesion even to high-polarity base materials; a decorative film having at least one layer formed from said coating agent; an article decorated with said decorative film. The coating agent includes an olefin polymer having a heat of fusion in the range of 0 to 50 J/g and having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) as measured by GPC of 1×10to 1000×10, and a hydrocarbon-based synthetic oil having a 40° C. kinematic viscosity of 30 to 500,000 cSt.
