Surfactin is a biosurfactant produced byand is a natural cycloaliphatic peptide having a ring structure made of 7 amino acids. The surfactin has various functions including anti-aging, anti-wrinkle, increasing skin penetration of cosmetic products (skin penetration agent), foaming agent, and emulsifier.
