Abstract

Provided is a moving image generation device, which is configured to: render a frame image including a plurality of image elements; output rendering position information specifying a rendering position within the frame image of a confidential element whose viewing is to be restricted among the plurality of image elements; and generate a moving image by using the frame image while performing display restriction processing on a target region within the frame image which is specified by the rendering position information.
