An electrical cable having an elongate electrically conductive element () and at least one electrically insulating fluoropolymer layer () surrounding the electrically conductive element (). The electrical cable is exempt from polyimide-containing layer between the electrically conductive element and the electrically insulating fluoropolymer layer.
