Abstract

A display panel, a method for manufacturing the display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel comprises a first transparent substrate () and a second transparent substrate () disposed opposite to the first transparent (), the display panel further comprises a black matrix () disposed between the first transparent substrate () and the second transparent substrate (), wherein the black matrix () together with the first transparent substrate () and the second transparent substrate () forms a plurality of pixel spaces separated from each other, electrochromatic material () disposed in each of the pixel spaces, and the display panel further comprises a first electrode and a second electrode, the plurality of pixel spaces being disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The method for manufacturing the display panel and the display device utilize the electrochromatic material instead of liquid crystals, thus having various advantages, such as a simple structure, simple manufacturing processes, low cost, good economic effect, good display effect and etc.
