Abstract
A loading system comprising: a loading arm, said loading arm having a process pipe which provides a conduit to carry fluid during a process of loading the fluid by said loading arm; a control unit coupled to said loading arm, to direct a free end of said loading arm; an electronic logic controller coupled to said control unit; a first electronic sensor electronically coupled to said logic controller, said first electronic sensor adapted to detect movement of a first structure when said loading arm is mounted to said first structure, said movement relative to another second structure or the stationary world.
