Abstract
The printing deviceincludes a print control unitwhich, if an authentication print job data is received at a timing when transition from a ready mode to a sleep mode is about to occur, causes the printing deviceto transit to the sleep mode and, and if a normal print job data is received at the timing, causes a printing engine unitto print the normal print job data before transiting to the sleep mode.
