Abstract
A compound medicine for treating acute and chronic hepatitis B, includes a polyphenolic selenium compound having a functional group of alkali metal ion and selenium coordination complex, which has functions of directly killing HBV and destroying replication template of HBV. Auxiliary formulas thereof include high-purity oxymatrine and glycyrrhizin sulfate. The oxymatrine has an effect of anti-HBV, and is capable of treating acute and chronic hepatitis B, regulating immune system and increasing leukocyte. Serving as a main hepatocyte membrane protective agent, the glycyrrhizin sulfate has not only an effect of anti-inflammation, but also it is capable of regulating immune system and protecting hepatocyte.
