Abstract

The present invention relates to a mixed metal oxide catalyst in which a hydrotalcite precursor containing an alkali metal is impregnated or intercalated with a nonprecious metal, a method of manufacturing the same, and a method of decomposing nitrogen oxide using the mixed metal oxide catalyst. The mixed metal oxide catalyst has excellent catalytic activity because it can decompose NO, NO or a mixture thereof even at low temperature, and is economical because it does not use a precious metal.
