Abstract

The present application relates to cycloalkylpyridin-2-amines derivates of formula (I) or stereoisomers thereof or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The present application also relates to the process for the preparation of compounds of formula (I). The present application further describes the compounds of formula (I) as cholesteryl ester-transfer protein (CETP) inhibitors. The present application further relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising compounds of formula (I) or stereoisomers thereof or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
