Abstract

The invention relates to a control device () for the actuation of a semiconductor switch () on an inverter having an actuation switch () that is designed to generate a driver signal () depending on a switch signal () generated by a control regulation of the inverter, and a driver circuit () that is connected between the actuation circuit () and a control input () of the semiconductor switch (), and which is designed to receive the driver signal () and a control signal () depending on the driver signal (), said control signal actuating a semiconductor switch () for the generation and infeed into the control input () of the semiconductor switch (), wherein the actuation circuit () is designed to generate the driver signal () as a consequence of driver signal pulses with a predetermined and adjustable pulse length such that the semiconductor switch () is not fully conductive in the event of an actuation with the control signal () during the pulse length.
