Abstract
A polymer comprising a repeating unit represented by the following formula (1) and a cross-linkable group wherein Arto Ar, R, Rand r are as defined; and an organic electroluminescent element containing at least one organic layer containing a network polymer formed by cross-linking the polymer, the layer being a hole injection layer or a hole transporting layer.
