Abstract
An apparatus includes a base configured to engage a frame stem of a bicycle and first and second handlebar brackets rotatably coupled to the base about a pivot. The first and second handlebar brackets selectively support bicycle handlebars. The apparatus further includes a locking mechanism coupled to the base and selectively rotatably fixing each of the first and second handlebar brackets about the pivot at first and second positions with respect to the base.
