Abstract

Provided are novel compound that is useful as a treatment agent or a prophylactic agent for cardiac failure, cardiac failure due to dystelectasis, left ventricular diastolic impairment, angina or cardiac infarct, hypertension, ischemic cardiac disease, and myocardial relaxation impairment recognized in cardiac failure, atrial fibrillation or ventricular arrhythmia, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same.
