Abstract
This invention discloses a solution based synthesis of cesium tin tri-iodide (CsSnI). More specifically, the CsSnIis fabricated in an organic Perovskite precursor solvent. CsSnIare ideally suited for a wide range of applications such as light emitting and photovoltaic devices.
