Abstract
An object detection systemincludes a sensor sectionconfigured to detect an object within a detection area A; and an adjuster (remote controller)configured to interactively communicate with the sensor section. The sensor sectionincludes a driving machineconfigured to adjust the detection area A. The adjusterincludes a transmission unitconfigured to transmit, to the sensor section, a setting signal for setting an operating condition of the sensor sectionincluding adjustment of the detection area A by the driving machine; and an adjustment notification unitconfigured to receive a completion signal of operating condition setting from the sensor sectionand subsequently give notification of the operating condition, setting of which has been completed.
