Abstract

An electronic whiteboard and a touch screen method for configuring and applying metadata tags on an electronic whiteboard allows user-defined and user-classified metadata tags to be configured and applied to objects 'on the fly' through touch screen inputs on the electronic whiteboard, providing object tagging in electronic whiteboard sessions that is less cumbersome, less disruptive to creative flow and more precise than conventional methods.
