Abstract
An ejector (), which built in an ejector housing hole (), comprises: a nozzle () for diffusing and ejecting compressed air from an air supply port (); and a diffuser () formed with an ejection port () for discharging air ejected from the nozzle () and air flowing in from a suction port (). A muffler main body () attached to an ejector block () is formed with a silencing chamber (), and a distal-end wall portion () of the muffler main body () is formed with an exhaust port () facing the ejection port (). It is possible to achieve the silencing effect while ensuring the vacuum degree of negative-pressure air and the intake flow rate by discharging air from the exhaust port ().
