Abstract
The invention relates to a method for automatically creating a geofence (), comprising the following steps: detecting a starting position; transferring the starting position to a digital map; automatically creating an area object on the digital map, wherein the area object comprises the starting position; detecting movement data of at least one moveable object in the region of the area object; and automatically reducing the area object to form the geofence (), on the basis of the movement data.
