Abstract
Provided is a silicon oxide for an anode of a secondary battery, having a good mechanical lifespan and electrical properties, and a method for preparing the same and an anode of a secondary battery using the silicon oxide. According to the method, a mixture is prepared by mixing SiCland ethylene glycol, a gel is manufactured by stirring the mixture, and the gel is heat treated to prepare silicon oxide for an anode of a secondary battery.
