Abstract
A vehicle headlamp includes a lamp outer case, a holding plate, a lamp unit, and an optical axis adjustment mechanism. The lamp outer caseincludes a lamp housingformed with an opening on at least one side thereof and a covercovers the opening of the lamp housing. The holding plateis pivotable in at least one of an up-down direction and a right-left direction. The lamp unitis attached to the holding plateand includes a light source.
