Abstract

The present invention relates to a sleeve () for a disk brake fitted with a caliper slidably mounted in a carrier by means of pins fixed rigidly to the caliper, said sleeve () being designed to receive one of said pins in a bore of the carrier. According to the invention, such a sleeve is characterized in that it has ribs () on a surface designed to come into contact with the carrier so that said ribs () may be deformed in order to increase said contact surface when the sleeve () is compressed by an activation of the brake.
