Abstract
The invention relates to an electric machine () comprising a stator (), a rotatably mounted rotor () having a magnetizable and coolable rotor section () made of a super-conducting material (), a control unit () designed to control a stator flow for inducing a magnetic flow through the superconducting material (). The invention also relates to a method for operating an electric machine ().
