Abstract
An X-ray detector includes a panel including a plurality of photo-sensing pixels, the photo-sensing pixels being configured to detect an X-ray and to perform photoelectric conversion to output electrical signals, and a read-out integrated circuit connected to the panel, the read-out integrated circuit being configured to read out the electrical signals from the photo-sensing pixels and to generate a self-triggering signal based on the read-out electrical signals.
