Abstract
Novel quinoline derivatives are disclosed. Also disclosed are synthesis and use thereof for treating neurodegenerative diseases. In one aspect, the invention relates to a compound of Formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof: (I) wherein
