Abstract
Modular display monitor systems are disclosed that employ a multi-purpose base component that may be used in a first configuration as part of a stand riser assembly for supporting a display monitor component in an upright viewing position with a separate riser component, and that may be used in a second configuration together with a separate support arm as part of an arm mount assembly for attaching a display monitor component to a wall or desktop without the riser component.
