Abstract
A circuit for actuating a lighting module, comprising at least two semiconductor light-emitting elements (D, D) which are connected in series in a first operating mode; wherein, in the event of a predetermined threshold value for an operating voltage () being undershot, a second operating mode is detectable (); and wherein, in the second operating mode, the at least two semiconductor light-emitting elements (D, D) are alternately actuable.
