Abstract
An inter-communication system has a security functionality capable of reporting incidents such as abnormalities occurring in a security system. In an inter-communication system, if a communication sound control device receives an alarm from a security system via a main shop processing device, the communication sound control device notifies a predetermined order reception communication device, such as a manager communication device, of the reception of the alarm, and the main shop processing device reports to a preset destination over a communication network.
