Abstract
A position regulating apparatus has a generator body made of an engine and a generator driven by the engine, and a frame surrounding the periphery of the generator body. The frame is provided with a bump stopper as a rod member. The bump stopper is attached to a housing of the engine and disposed horizontally. The bump stopper regulates the position in the horizontal direction of the generator body within a preset range. Receiving plates disposed so as to face both end faces of the stopper body are provided. The round bar as the body of the bump stopper has a crank shape which reduces an impact by generating bending moment.
