Abstract
A cable assembly () includes a cover () defining an outer cavity (), a shielding cage () defining an inner cavity () and being mounted into the outer cavity, an inner board () assembled in said inner cavity, and a cable () assembled onto the inner board. The inner board includes a top surface (), a bottom surface () and two side surfaces (). The side surface has a first ground pad () adapted to connect with the shielding cage, the bottom surface has a second ground pad () adapted to connect with the cable, and the top surface has a third ground pad () adapted to connect with the cable.
