Abstract
A process and a device for oxygen regulation of a patient having at least two SPOmonitors and a control for automatic recognition of which measurements are more reliable. The measurement from one or more of the two SPOis used to control the oxygen concentration delivered to a patient based on a comparison of the measurements from the at least two SPOmonitors.
