Abstract
A multi direction switch () includes a first cover () having a first static detecting mechanism (), a second cover () having a second static detecting mechanism (), a first moving body () having a first movable detecting mechanism (), a second moving body () having a second movable detecting mechanism (), and an actuating mechanism. The second movable detecting mechanism is movable relative to the second static detecting mechanism in response to a movement of the second moving body along a first direction. The first movable detecting mechanism is movable relative to the first static detecting mechanism in response to a movement of said first moving body along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.
