Abstract
The object of the present invention is to prevent or suppress occurrences of uneven saponification and blocking, while improving cutting properties and dimensional stability. Specifically disclosed is a hard coat film () which comprises a protective film () for protecting a polarizer (), and a hard coat layer () that is formed on the protective film (). The sum of the thickness of the protective film () and the thickness of the hard coat layer () is less than 40 μm, and the mixed region of the protective film () and the hard coat layer () is 1-20% of the thickness of the hard coat layer ().
