Abstract
The present invention relates to modulator of ATP-Binding Cassette ('ABC') transporters or fragments thereof, including CF Transmembrane Regulator ('CFTR'), compositions thereof, and methods therewith. The present invention also relates to methods of treating ABC transporter mediated diseases using such modulators.
